Does your life feel overwhelming?

Maybe you are experiencing little to no pleasure in activities or perhaps you have chronic feelings of sadness or emptiness. You may be struggling with reduced energy or simply having problems sleeping. Perhaps you are having thoughts of death.

Whatever it is that you are experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:

  • Difficulty sleeping

  • Difficulty concentrating

  • Not getting out of bed

    Depression Counseling can help!

It may feel impossible now, but you can be active again. You can find hope. You can enjoy your life. And I can help you get there.

Depression counseling helps you do 5 things:

  • Identify the root of the problems you’re experiencing

  • Help you realize your values

  • Help you confront the challenges you are facing

  • Help you not isolate yourself

I’ll help you through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to depression counseling comes from a place of hope and understanding: believing that you are not the “problem” but it’s simply the cycle that needs fixing.

Depression and Trauma don’t have to be the story!

I can help you get there.

What are anxiety counseling sessions like?

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore the current things that are happening in your life and your past. We will explore your values, where you would like to be in your life, and how to get there. I help you move from insecurity to confidence and trust yourself.

How long do I need to be in therapy?

This is different for each individual. I recommend starting off with weekly sessions for at least a month. The sessions are 50 minutes long and we can do them virtually or in person.

How do I know if anxiety counseling will work for me?

I have been trained to treat anxiety. I will tailor our counseling sessions to your needs. Each client is unique in what they need and what will work for them.

How do I get started?

During our initial contact, I will ask you what is bringing you to counseling. I will ask if you are using insurance or self-pay and then we will find a time that works for you and set your first appointment.
